MINDFUL MEDITATION - Meditation can benefit overall good health and reduce stress. This meditation course will provide many techniques, including learning to use visualization, breath awareness, and mindful progressive body relaxation with gentle stretching. Meditation and stretching can be done on a chair or a provided mat.
